Our Alarm monitoring service was established in 1989 as a subsidiary of our twenty-two year full service personnel and patrol company.

 

As a fully automated service, "IQ certified by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association, we are an alarm monitoring service partner to independent installation companies that do not have their own central station. We do not compete with our extensive network of alarm installation companies by selling or installing alarm systems.

 

We provide a multitude of alarm monitoring services including fire, burglar, medical, two-way voice and video monitoring services for thousands of residential and commercial subscribers in the southeastern United States, with the capability of providing our services anywhere in North America.

 

With a staff of fully licensed and certified Central Station Operators providing "24/7" services to our customer database from our 2000+ square foot offices, we employ the latest "UL" certified software and equipment with full redundancy in all phases of the operation, assuring our Subscribers of complete uninterrupted services.

Larry W. McClellan - A "Certified Protection Professional"(CPP) as a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS) since 1974, founded the company in 1984. The licensed Qualifying Agent with the North Carolina Alarm Systems Licensing Board (NCASLB)- Member of the the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA).

 

Vice President

 

N.E. "Corky" McClellan - Joined the company in 1998 to assume responsibility of overseeing the future development and growth of the monitoring service. Administers all technical phases and marketing of the company. Certified Alarm Technician and fully trained in Fire Alarm Methods by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and is the Qualifying Agent for all out-of-state operations.

 

Central Station Manager

 

Tina M. Dumont - Joined the company in 1990 as a security guard and major contributor to the startup of the monitoring service. Oversees all daily operations and personnel of the central monitoring station. Tina holds an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement Technology and is the central force behind our "Smiling Voices" style of service.
