About Us

Our alarm monitoring service was established in 1989 as a subsidiary of our full service personnel and patrol company.

Our biggest asset is our people.

With a staff of fully licensed and certified Central Station Operators providing “24/7″ services to our customer database from our 2000+ square foot offices, we employ the latest “UL” (Underwriter’s Laboratories) certified software and equipment with full redundancy in all phases of the operation, assuring our Subscribers of complete uninterrupted services.

Our Five Diamond Certification through the CSAA means that all of our operator staff have been trained and passed examinations encompassing the service they provide to you. There are fewer than 150 central stations in the US that have been awarded a Five Diamond Certification and there are less than 5 in our state. Our Five Diamond Certification  also means that we are UL Listed in the category of Alarm Monitoring Services.

President

Larry W. McClellan – President and founder of our company since 1984, Larry is the licensed Qualifying Agent for the company with the North Carolina Alarm Systems Licensing Board. As an alumnus of Old Dominion College and a certified security professional since 1973, he is a member of the Electronic Security Association, the Central Station Association of America and was an appointee by the North Carolina Speaker of House to the North Carolina Alarm Systems Licensing Board. He has also served as a community leader for over eight years as an elected councilman for The Village of Clemmons, NC.

Vice President

N.E. “Corky” McClellan – Joined the company in 1998 to assume responsibility of overseeing the future development and growth of the monitoring service. Administers all technical phases and marketing of the company. Certified Alarm Technician and fully trained in Fire Alarm Methods by the National Burglar and Fire Alarm Association and is the Qualifying Agent for all out-of-state operations.

Central Station Manager

Tina M. Dumont – Joined the company in 1990 as a security guard and major contributor to the startup of the monitoring service. Oversees all daily operations and personnel of the central monitoring station. Tina holds an Associates Degree in Law Enforcement Technology and is the central force behind our “Smiling Voices” style of service.
